National Monument: We will explore one of the oldest aging cellars in Chile, located in Alto Jahuel (Buín), which has been declared a National Monument. This cellar, built by French architects with lime and stone, is home to Premium wines like the acclaimed Casa Real. Aging Process: You will learn about the aging process in French and American oak barrels, where the wine acquires its complexity, body, and delicate aroma. Optional Lunch: After the guided tour, you will have time to have lunch at the winery's restaurant (lunch not included). 🍇 Afternoon: Viña Undurraga (Tradition and Tasting) After lunch, we will continue down the Maipo Valley to reach the famous Undurraga Winery in Talagante, founded in 1885. Santa Ana Estate: You will visit the historic Santa Ana Estate (Fundo Santa Ana), a place that has witnessed centuries of noble winemaking tradition and has hosted monarchs and celebrities. Tasting Experience: The tour includes a guided tasting of three different varietals, and you will receive a souvenir tasting glass.
