Transfer IN (Calama Airport - Hotel): Pickup at Calama Airport and transfer to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. Note: You must provide your full flight information (Airline, Flight Number, and Arrival Time). Suggestion: Ideally, arrive before 10:00 AM to join the afternoon tour. 2. Moon Valley Tour (Valle de la Luna) - PM: Just 10 km from San Pedro, venture into the Salt Mountain Range. We will walk through a unique geological spectacle, visiting the "Three Marys" salt statues, the Salt Caverns, and the Great Dune. Summer Hours: 16:00 - 20:30 hrs. Winter Hours: 15:00 - 19:00 hrs. Entrance Fee (Not Included): Approx. CLP $12,000 (Cash payment at the park). 3. Astronomical Tour (Night): In the Ayllu (approx. 9 km from town), enjoy one of the clearest skies on Earth. Includes Coffee Break. Time: To be confirmed at destination (subject to weather). Recommendations Day 1: Bring warm layers (even in summer), sunscreen, water, and comfortable walking shoes. 🦩 Day 2: Jewels of the Altiplano (Piedras Rojas & Lagoons) A full day exploring the wonders of the Puna. Altiplanic Lagoons: Visit Miscanti and Miñiques at 4,200 m.a.s.l. Piedras Rojas (Red Stones): Impressive viewpoint of the Aguas Calientes Salt Flat and Talar Salt Flat with their reddish rock formations. Atacama Salt Flat (Chaxa Lagoon): Observation of three types of flamingos in Chile's largest salt flat. Villages: Visits to Socaire (agricultural terraces) and Toconao (traditional architecture). El Tatio Geysers (Sunrise): Early morning departure to the world's highest geothermal field (4,300 m / 14,100 ft). Guided walk among fumaroles and steam at dawn, followed by a restorative thermal bath. Includes: Breakfast. Hours: 04:30 - 12:30 hrs approx. Entrance Fee (Not Included): Approx. CLP $15,000. Laguna Cejar (PM): Experience the "Dead Sea Effect" floating in turquoise, high-salinity waters. We will visit Ojos del Salar and finish with an aperitif at sunset at Tebinquiche Lagoon.
